Why groups: In the group sessions you can discover the inner meaning of practising beyond mechanical repetition and learn through interaction with and being mirrored by others.

What to expect: Small theory units, visualisations and partner work, through which you can explore the relevant subjects for you and at the same time be part of a creative group process. 

I will be guiding you through the evening, but I will also let myself be guided by the group dynamics and ensure an open, focused, safe and supportive space.
